Development Department is responsible for product development. All the product concepts are got from the product department based on the market requirements. The development department analyze product concepts and transfer to product requirement specifications. There are software architecture designers develop product designs based on the product requirements. And then hand over to coders to construct the system. A test group is independent of the project team which is responsible for system testing. Waterfall lifecycle/Scrum model is using in the OU which is defined in the OSSP. Project manager allocate tasks to all the project members and track tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
Type of Work: There are 2 kinds of projects， one is PC based projects, which are using full range of the organizations processes; one is Mobile based projects, which are using a subset of organizational processes.
