OU has the following responsibilities: (1) Responsible for evaluating major issues of the technology system and putting forward decision-making suggestions (such as establishment and adjustment of R&D system, structure and mode, expansion of new technology fields, etc.); (2) Responsible for organizing, formulating and revising the company's technology and product development routes, and reviewing the annual technology and product r&d plans; provide technical support for the company's major decisions; (3) Responsible for reviewing the company's major technical research directions (such as the expansion of new technology fields, etc.), and reviewing and making decisions on important professional technical issues (such as technical issues and quality issues that cannot be determined in regular meetings); (4) Review, acceptance and evaluation of project approval, change, division, merger and cancellation of r&d projects such as technology reserve, new product research and development, and technical improvement; (5) Responsible for guiding the establishment of public research and development platforms (simulation platform, auxiliary design platform, experimental research platform, data information platform, industrial trial production platform, generic technology research platform, etc.); (6) Responsible for the evaluation of technology and product development routes and putting forward professional suggestions (handling opinions), participate in the review, acceptance and evaluation of the approval, change, division, merger and cancellation of r&d projects in the technology field such as technology reserve, new product research and development, and technology improvement.
