The project provides Hybrid Salesforce Operations and Maintenance Support Services. Aveco service team assists this client by delivering cloud IT Services by leveraging our expert pool of Certified Salesforce Consultants. They ensure that the client's IT Goals (short and long term) are being serviced to the quality expected and recorded with the agreements in place between BF and Avco. Our Salesforce development team uses Agile Project Methodologies and tracks their deliverables through Trello. The team has daily standup calls to discuss sprint progress and has retrospective meetings at the end of every sprint to measure outcomes. The Dev Documentation is maintained through Notion, and Github is leveraged for version control.

Project Description

The project is about assisting the client with managing and augmenting staff and their IT teams centered around their cloud infrastructure. Our team of qualified recruiters identifies the client's needs and adheres to strict delivery requirements within the PMP. Once the BDM gathers the requirements from the client, they are passed to the recruiters to ensure that they have at least 5 qualified leads within 48 business hours to present to the BDM. The BDM then screens the resource with the help of the Team Lead to assess the qualifications of the resource. Once the team has identified a suitable candidate, they are presented to the client for approval. If the client finds the resource acceptable, the HR team will conduct all the necessary background checks/onboarding/training for the resource before the target start date. The recruitment team, in the meanwhile, creates a backup roster of resources to mitigate any risks through the onboarding process so that we ensure continuity to service delivery.

OU Description

The OU delivers the Services in line with SLA. The OU maintains a service catalog of all services provided to the client. The service delivery manager is responsible for the overall service delivery in line with SLA, while the project managers are responsible for overall engagement. The OU uses service delivery tools like Trillo, Jira, Service now etc to deliver services aligned to the industry's best practices. OU aim is to increase client productivity while reducing cost, development time, and business risks by providing high-quality services by utilizing on-site/offshore capabilities. The teams provide functional, technical, and vertical market expertise in key technologies by delivering ongoing support and application outsourcing.
