Product R&D Department 1) Responsible for the design analysis, top-level architecture and overall planning of product software development 2) Participate in technical research, feasibility study and other related work in the early stage of product software development 3) Participate in product software project establishment, demand research, demand analysis, system development, system deployment and implementation, etc. 4) Participate in the preparation of product software project development plans, formulate technical solutions and control project risks 5) Participate in the data collection, arrangement, filing, preservation and archiving of product software projects 6) Responsible for the construction of product software R&D team and technical personnel recruitment requirements, training process and evaluation 7) Responsible for effectively monitoring the development progress and testing progress of the project, and controlling the entire process of project development and key links 8) Responsible for the quality problems and management problems encountered in the process of product software project development 9) Collect product software usage and various information from technical service department feedback or direct feedback from customers, and make corresponding analysis to provide specific solutions for improvement
