OU Description

R&D center is committed to providing integrated solutions for medical display, public health, smart cars, and smart home industries. At present, the focus of R&D is on air-borne imagery technology, it is to carry out the R&D with the cooperation from the University of Science and Technology of China and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and actively create changes in the human visual user interface in production and life scenarios. The detailed functions include: 1. Formulating and implementing the company's overall R&D strategy and annual R&D plan, 2. Establishing and improving the R&D product management system and organizational structure, 3. Development of new products, the transformation of historical products, technical management etc. HR Department is responsible for overall HR management in the organization, which includes to plan and deliver the training to the staff, to improve the staff's skills and knowledges.
