The purpose of the AcisTek Corporation EPG is to initiate and sustain process change and support normal operations through the implementation of a Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) based process improvement program. The EPG is to guide and provide direction for process improvement initiatives across AcisTek Corporation . The AcisTek Corporation EPG facilitates process application and training across all projects within AcisTek Corporation . The AcisTek Corporation EPG is a permanent, fully funded group established within the AcisTek Corporation . The term length for each member varies and is specified by AcisTek Corporation executive management. The AcisTek Corporation EPG expects that each member fulfills a 12 month term of service on the committee. Membership rotation will occur on a rotating basis with overlap of training and expertise.

Quality Assurance
Organizational Project
Develops the products and delivers the services related to Quality Assurance activities within the OU. This includes the development and management of QA-related products, such as checklists. This also includes planning for different types of QA reviews, conducting those reviews, communicating results to relevant stakeholders, and ensuring resolution of non-compliances. As an adjunct objective, this group also looks for opportunities relating to ongoing efforts at process, product, capability, and performance improvement.

OU Project
AcisTek Corporation works closely with HUD’s National Servicing Center (NSC) to plan, upgrade and deploy mission critical enterprise applications that directly support HUD’s nationwide Single Family Asset Management programs. The application Single Family Mortgage Asset Recovery Technology (SMART) is securely deployed in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment and supports nationwide housing loans on an everyday business needs. Also, HUD uses SMART to service and track servicing activities on loan portfolios and provides daily reconciliation to HUD Headquarters Accounting Division.

AcisTek Corporation Federal Contracting Services works closely with clients in the US Federal Government to plan, upgrade and deploy mission critical enterprise applications that directly support US Federal Government programs. Over the past five years, the Federal Contracting Services team has been working with HUD to conduct business case analysis, system research, development, test, and evaluation activities for the Office of Single Family Housing Asset Management (OSFAM)’s SMART, EVARS, and ECLASS systems, which facilitate crucial loan servicing and loss mitigation support services for the 8 million active, insured single-family loans under the jurisdiction of the HUD National Servicing Center. This work included hands-on Project Management, which included an initial assessment, evaluation, and eventual transformation of the technology approach, cloud hosting environment, and business processes for development and O&M of these systems and leveraging our status as an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Standard Consulting Partner to effectively re-deploy the transformed systems to the AWS Cloud. We currently use a DevSecOps approach to maintain and update five main Cloud environments: Development, Testing, Integration, Staging, and Production.
