The Injury Compensation System (ICS) is a claims management system for the VICP and CICP. It provides program administration, claims administration and monitoring, management reporting, and secure document management. The ICS is a powerful tool to track all aspects of the claims process from beginning to end. APV shall provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services for the CICP/VICP Injury Compensation System in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated September 28, 2022. This includes providing all related IT support services, in accordance with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), for the duration of the performance period. The SOW lists 10 Task Areas: Task 1: Program Management Task 2: Application Management Task 3: Training Task 4: Rules of Behavior Task 5: Incident Response Task 6: Position Sensitivity Designations Task 7: Homeland Security Presidential Directive Task 8: Contract Initiation and Expiration Task 9: Records Management and Retention Task 10: Infrastructure Management Project Vision: APV's vision for the project is to provide excellent O&M and DME support to HRSA to build our presence at HRSA and to fill out our portfolio of software development projects. Deliverables: The key deliverable for each release is the set of system changes included within each release. Along with the code, the team sends a package of release documentation that includes: Busines Requirements Document, Technical Release Notes, User Release Notes, Test Summary Report, Requirements Traceablity Matrix, Test Guide, Deployment Guide. Outside of releases, the team must provide HRSA with updated security and configuration management related documentation including the System Security Plan, Security Impact Analysis, and Configuration Management Plan, along with other documents.
