Operations Support is comprised of the ArcSource Group projects and the functional teams that assist them in meeting client requirements, compliance, and quality and support the organization in meeting business objectives. US Mint is a service project that provides enterprise-wide Section 508 Remediation Services that align with the Department of Homeland Security’s Trusted Tester Program, and the TalentSpring® development project upgrades the current feature set and transitions TalentSpring to a Progressive Web App (PWA). The functional teams plan and deliver compliance training to project teams; develop, maintain, and audit Organizational processes and assets; and support the implementation of strategic business plans.
Type of Work: The processes differ depending on the type of work being performed by the projects (i.e., development or services).
Service: A service is delivered/provided to the OU's client
