3D Geographic Information System of Ningxia Section of Yellow River and Important rivers and lakes in Ningxia Water Hydraulic Information Center. The system considers the actual situation of water hydraulic informatization in Ningxia section and the business needs of flood and drought disaster prevention, and uses information technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and digital twins to build an advanced and practical 3D geographic information system. The system includes data management, forecast scheduling, early warning release and other modules. By building an information model, realizing digital mapping, and on this basis, the advanced water hydraulic model intelligence engine is fully utilized to build a flood and drought disaster prevention application system, realize the intelligent function of flood and drought disaster prevention, and provide strong information support for decision-making.

OU Description

Henan Zhihe Engineering Technology Co., LTD. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yellow River Institute Of Hydraulic Research. Digital Twin R&D Department is under Yellow River Institute Of Hydraulic Research. There are around 21 engineers under this department, it is responsible for the R&D of digital twin technologies, and designing the technical framework for the Smart E-Government R&D Department to carry out the software engineering activities. Smart Government R&D Department is under Henan Zhihe Engineering Technology Co., LTD. There are around 20 engineers under this department. It is responsible for the information system development, and system operation and maintenance for the higher-level units such as the Hydraulic Ministry, the Yellow River Hydraulic Commission, and the Yellow River Hydraulic Research Institute. The detailed functions include: 1. Carry out the requirement survey, consolidate the requirements and generate the Requirement Specification 2. Perform the coding based on the requirement and the design 3. Conduct the testing on the developed solutions and in charge of the project delivery and maintenance.
