Science and Technology Innovation Center is responsible for providing the solutions and the services for the power grid. The detailed functions are 1. Remonstrate and organize the implementation of the feasibility of new technologies and new products according to the company's strategic plan for development; 2. Pre-research on the company's future business development, such as product pre-research and technology pre-research; 3. Formulate research and development specifications, implement and optimize the research and development system . Monitor the implementation process of each R&D project; 4. The software engineering activities (covers the requirement, design, coding, testing and delivery) 5. The review, acceptance, and confirmation of new technologies and new product development processes; 6. Analyze and summarize the R&D process experience and lessons learned in improving the quality of research and development.
Type of Work: Work is performed differently based on the type of the work. Most of the work could be categorized to: Upgrade Application Development: To upgrade the existing applications by adding or optimizing the functions to meet the new business needs. (P1) New Application Development: To develop a new application from scratch to meet the customers' business needs. (P2, P3)
