The Software R&D Department is one of equative departments (Software R&D Department, Quality Management Department, Financial Department, Sales Department, Maintenance Department, and Admin& HR Department) under management of the GM Office that responsible of project management, requirement analysis, design, implementation, and test of Management Information Systems for commercial customers. The OU along with the company was certified as an ISO9001, ISO20000 and ISO 27001 organization, and OU was appraised as CMMI ML3 organization since 2020.
Type of Work: Projects are developed in the similar technology but Product Development Type (New product development and Product Upgrading) is different for projects. Different Product Development Types result in differences in processes, such as initiation, work product output and combination, work product review and monitoring activities, hence it is a relevant sampling factor.
