Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Single Family – Data Analysis & Reporting Tool (SF-DART)

SF-DART: A1FED delivered and maintains SF-DART, the Single Family - Data Analysis & Reporting Tool, to build a lender/servicer score card that incents lenders to meet all FHA requirements, our solution uses the ThoughtSpot data analytics tool in the Cloud. TRSII scores servicer compliance using 4 elements: 1) loss mitigation engagement, 2) foreclosure prevention, 3) redefaults, and 4) default reporting. SF-DART evaluates each element by month and averages 3 months for a quarterly score. It provides servicers TRSII scorecards each quarter with a tier ranking. Quarters are averaged to yield an annual score and grade. According to HUD, the reporting and incentives have measurably improved compliance. We source data from the Single-Family Default Management System (SFDMS) via the Single-Family Data Warehouse.
