The R&D department has four business lines in four sub-departments: Group Service Department, Independent Innovation Department, Digital Ecology Department I and Digital Ecology Department II. The Group Service Department provides professional financial technology innovation services to the subsidiaries of ABC Group, and undertakes the implementation functions of its digital information transformation, including system R&D organization, advanced operation and maintenance services, IT planning implementation, mature product application and promotion, etc., to achieve the coordinated development of the bank and department. The Independent Innovation Department is mainly oriented to non-bank business, based on application innovation, model innovation and technological innovation, through internal and external introduction, on the basis of effective risk isolation, to create an innovation test field for ABC Group, carry out efficient joint innovation and technology incubation for new technology research and practice, and introduce core technologies and high-end talents for the group's digital transformation. The Digital Ecology Department 1 is responsible for the expansion of scene ecology external services, mainly for digital cities and digital life, responsible for docking financial partners in urban life scenarios such as enterprises, schools, and hospitals, responsible for forming external industry solutions for enterprises, schools, hospitals, etc., and providing full-cycle technical support services before, during and after sales. The Digital Ecology Department 2 is responsible for the external service expansion of scene ecology, mainly for the field of digital government affairs and digital villages, responsible for docking government affairs such as provinces, towns, villages, and financial partners in rural scenarios, responsible for forming comprehensive solutions such as government affairs and village affairs, and providing full-cycle technical support services before, during and after sales.
