The SGDL-Deposit and Settlement Management System, managed and operated by BCV-Banco de Cabo Verde, is defined as a payment system based on real-time gross settlement of transactions carried out in central bank currency by participants of the system and that affect said settlement accounts, as well as that of participants' clients.
