US Senate SPS/HRIS

This B&A Project supports The United States Senate, specifically the Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA), SAA Human Resources, and the Secretary of the Senate’s (SEC) Senate Disbursing Office (DO) and SEC Human Resources. B&A initially provided implementation services and now supports the Senate’s Oracle PeopleSoft Human Resources (HR) and Payroll system. The scope of this project is to provide functional and technical support to the Senate Payroll System (SPS) and HRIS users through the investigation and resolution of system issues and handling of new requirements and requested enhancements. B&A is responsible for keeping the Senate PeopleSoft system current on Oracle PUM and PeopleTools releases. B&A resources are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and documenting system configuration and customizations. The B&A project manager manages project schedules and resources, ensuring knowledge transfer occurs functionally for the end users and technically for the Senate development staff.

US Courts OSCAR

This B&A Project supports the Online System for Clerkship Application and Review (OSCAR), a web-based recruiting system provided by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO) and used by federal judges to post clerkship positions and to receive and process applications. Court units and staff attorney offices also use OSCAR to post positions and process applicants. B&A provides technical assistance and troubleshooting of a web-based recruiting system. The B&A team receives and responds to helpdesk inquiries from the OSCAR toll free telephone number and a dedicated email account.

US Courts HRMIS

This B&A Project supports the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO) which serves as the administrative arm of the federal Judiciary Branch and is responsible for providing personnel and payroll support services to the federal courts via its Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). The scope of work under this contract includes tasks related to the operations and maintenance (O&M) and enhancements of HRMIS and other System Development Branch (SDB) support applications, including interface and/or integration services; enhancement and/or migration services and support that is the result of technology advancements, such as new versions, replacement products for retired software and changing business needs. B&A provides senior level project management personnel to provide project planning and management services for the contracted project services.
