There are currently 3 active projects providing communications and cloud services in the R&D Center (the OU). The center is responsible for all the software engineering activities (primarily in JAVA), as well as EPG. Projects are short in duration (less than 5 months), have between 7-9 developers on a project, one project manager, and shared resources for Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, and validation testing. The OU responsible for the technical development services and human resources services of related software such as grid intelligent inspection business, power equipment sales business, and energy measurement business.
