The R&D Department in the R&D Center develops all the intelligent MIS and application software products for clients in the OU. And the staff members are software and test engineers. The Project Department provides process, CM, OT, and PQA support for the software development teams in the Product Development Department and the staff members are assigned as process engineer, CM, OT, and PQA support engineers in the OU.
Customer: There are currently two customer types, enterprise and government, which both have some different requirements to the procedures and templates used by the development teams respectively in the OU.
