The organizational unit is part of ABM Knowledgeware Ltd. OU scope of work includes operations and maintenance type of work of projects developed or implemented by the organization on existing and emerging technologies using latest standards and guidelines. Operations and maintenance projects covers customisation of “ABM’s Product”, “Package Implementation Solution” for e-Governance of Urban Local Bodies, Smart Cities, Govt. / Semi-Govt. Organizations and Public Sector Units. OU comprises of techno-functional team with deep domain and technical skills. Projects are database agnostic, uses BPM and Rule Engine (open source) which makes it very easy to suit to requirements of any customer.
Type of Work: Type of work includes software operations and maintenance work. Standard processes defined at organization level are implemented to execute the work across customers in order to ensure consistent outcome in quality and customer experience. (This Factor is defined ‘Relevant’ in order to follow the CAS requirement: at least one Factor should be ‘Relevant.’)
