Size: In this case, Size is related and there are two type of projects i.e (1) Small projects and (2) Medium size projects mainly due to the complexity and full time employees requirement of the projects.
Small Projects : The small projects have lesser requirement of Full Time Employees (FTEs) and are relatively less complex. The size of small projects is equal to and less than 5 FTEs.
Medium Projects: The medium size projects have more requirement of Full Time Employees (FTEs) and are relatively more complex. The size of medium projects is more than 5 FTEs.
