Organizational unit (team size 30 FTEs) is responsible for the research of new products and organize their implementation according to the company's product route, research future business development, develop specifications, implement and optimize the R&D system, monitor the execution process of each R&D project, summarize the reusable results of each project to form a database of internal technologies and knowledge, analyze and summarize the experience and lessons to improve the quality of R&D. Organizational unit include following support functions as well; (1) Configuration Management (FTE-01) (2) EPG Support Function (FTE-01) (3) Quality Assurance (FTE-01) (4) OT (FTE-01)
Type of Work: The type of work is related. Depending on the type of work, the way the work is done is also different. The realization of the process depends on the type of work performed. Development mainly associates with new initiation of products, maintenance related with providing technical support and services.
Maintenance Projects: The maintenance projects happens after the project team deploys the software and it's fully operational in the customer environment. During the maintenance phase, the customer monitors the software to ensure it continues to operate according to the coding specifications.
Development Projects: Development Project means any project undertaken for the purpose of development and the phases of such projects are initiation, planning, execution, and closeout.
