The R&D Center is responsible for the overall design and management of key software and hardware solutions, supported by Xi'an High Tech Zone (including product upgrades) as partner of Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications. The projects includes all development phases including requirements collection, product planning and building, project tracking and supervision, product development, testing and training.
