Product R&D Department is responsible for: 1) Analyze feasibility of new products and organize their implementation according to the strategic planning of the company's product route. 2) Conduct research on future business development, such as product pre-research and technology pre-research. 3) Develop R&D specifications, implement and optimize the R&D system. 4) Monitor the execution process of each R&D project. 5) Summarize the reusable results of each project to form a database of internal technologies and knowledge. 6) Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons to improve the quality of R&D."
