OU Description

Responsibilities of the R&D Department are as follows: 1) Demonstrate the feasibility of new products and organize their implementation according to the strategic planning of the company's product roadmap. 2) Pre-study of the company's future business development, such as product pre-study and technology pre-study. 3) Formulate R&D specifications, implement and optimize R&D system. 4) Monitor the execution process of each R&D project. 5) Summarize the reusable results of each project to form an internal technical and knowledge database. 6) Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons in the process of research and development to improve the quality of research and development.
