1) Demonstrate the feasibility of new products according to the strategic planning of the company's product route and organize the implementation. 2) Pre research of the company's future business development, such as product pre research and technology pre research. 3) Formulate R&D specifications, promote and optimize the R&D system. 4) Monitor the implementation process of each R&D project. 5) Summarize the reusable results of each project to form an internal database of technology and knowledge. 6) Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons learned in the R&D process to improve the R&D quality.
Type of Work: The projects are divided into two groups, Development Projects and Enhancement Projects. In the provided sampling two projects are development and one project is Enhancement.
Development Projects: As part of the Development project category new requirement/Scope to be developed and delivered.
Enhancement projects : As part of the enhancement project category new capabilities/scope are added to an existing system. Enhancement projects might also involve correcting defects.
