The technology department (the OU) is mainly for the customer group of building complex. The main core is the software products for operation, maintenance and management of smart buildings. At the same time, the product development will also gradually evolve to the office, tourism, science, education, culture and health, communications, transportation, industry and other professional fields. Use JAVA, C#, html+css+Javascript, .NET/C#, MVVM, loC/DI and other IT technologies to carry out software development, support and management, technical testing, etc. At present, the technology department has about 35 people, including project managers, designers, development engineers, test engineers, etc.

Presentation Projects: 1. Party A has its own data center, which provides the upper application system with standard http protocol. OU projects just make customized development and data visualization based on the obtained protocol data. 2. Party A provides the interface protocol specification document, and OU projects obtain the verification interface data through the interface protocol test tool, and then conduct the code development and test.

Application Projects: 1. The overall development and implementation process of the project involves data acquisition at the bottom, data presentation at the top, reverse control logic or customization of business processes, which are all developed by OU appraised. 2. Develop data acquisition control package according to the equipment's own protocol, collect data to the middle platform which was built by OU, and provide support for upper applications.
