R&D Development at Ampcus
The Research and Development (R&D) Operational Unit (OU) of Ampcus Inc. (Ampcus) is focused on ensuring that solutions (products) are developed by integrating functional expertise with subject matter expertise and best-in-class technology stack that can be deployed within a cloud or a hybrid or on-premise model. This R&D OU of Ampcus ensures that we apply open source tool stack or Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) not for resale (NFR), as needed and develop and test a prototype. This unit develops specific knowledge based Videos to empower the Ampcus salesforce and the Ampcus customers to benefit from the developed prototypes. This R&D OU team of Ampcus explores the emerging technologies, and open source technologies including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), etc. This OU strives to become an industry leader in R&D. This OU works closely with Industry Software Vendor partners, Universities and Customers, on an as-needed basis. Responsible for the development of software products, to undertake software development and testing. Responsible for product and solutions development prototypes.

IT Maintenance and Support at Ampcus
The Maintenance Services (MS) Operational Unit (OU) of Ampcus Inc. (Ampcus) is focused on supporting the internal and external customers of Ampcus with the best-in-class services through a common helpdesk approach, so that all tickets depending on the complexity of the ticket including VIP tickets are attended and addressed based on the severity. Ampcus applies state of the art SecDevOps framework. Ampcus Helpdesk Portal is applied and managed successfully by this OU. The technologies applied in this OU has increased efficiencies and responsiveness. Responsible for the POST development of software product with integration management support, patches, upgrade and enhancement support including helpdesk.
