The Software Delivery Center is shared by APJ and APJ HK (as described in the Organizational Structure Description section) to provide digital technical services for common customers. Its responsibilities include the development and delivery of software products and projects. The Center has adopted CMMI for process improvement for more than 10 years and satisfied ML5 3 years ago. All the projects and support groups come from OU. OU currently adopts two life cycles, waterfall and agile, as described in the sampling factor.
