"The operations area is in charge of the planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing of the different types of projects that are contracted by clients from the public and private sectors. This area is in charge of selecting a project manager who defines the necessary resources for the project according to the profiles presented in the offer. The manager prepares the estimated P&L of the project based on the Quoter, prepares the Project Plan, the Schedule, scope, the Risk Matrix and other inputs. The activities are started according to the deliverables, the project manager informs about the billing milestones, periodically monitors the execution of the project and ensures the quality of the processes until its closure."
