(1). This re-appraisal with Level 5 scope, is to assess the process maturity and process capability of ONE sponsor selected HM pilot project implementation namely, Supervision and Assessment System (2). Scope of the OU is limited to only this basic unit (project) which belongs to the Product Management Center - the only sub-group involved in software development. (3). Product Management Center which is located in Hefei, Anhui, China was recently appraised to Level 5 in April 2020 and is currently maintaining the Level 5 status (valid until 25th April, 2023).
Type of Work: Sponsor selected, business critical pilot projects implementing the CMMI V2.0 recommendations including the high maturity practices.
Sponsor selected business critical project: ONE representative basic unit, which is critical to execute the sponsor's business strategy of the OU in sub-group of R&D Center implementing projects using Java-Language.
