The OU's customers are mainly government agencies, financial institutions and colleges and universities. Provide customers with highly informationized overall solutions such as system integration and service governance to promote the improvement and innovation of customer organizations' service capabilities. The main business content is to provide: product research and development, IT system integration, data warehouse system construction, data analysis and data mining, IT industry comprehensive human resources services, human resources customization and other solutions. The OU has developed "IT service management system" and "intelligent computer room monitoring platform" around the whole process business of development+operation and maintenance. It enables users to process the whole process of business conveniently and quickly, and realize WeChat application. It also ensures the continuous and stable operation of the network and business. At present, the main technologies involved are Java application software packages Spring, MyBatis, Spring MVC, VUE, JS, React, Html5 and other technical frameworks; There are 30 people in total, including project manager, prototype design, database design, front-end and back-end development engineers, quality assurance, test engineers, etc.

Long-term project (three iterations): 1. The cycle of such projects is generally more than half a year. 2. Due to the uncertainty of demand. Adopt a mixed development mode, namely waterfall and agile. The planning and requirements phase is carried out under the "waterfall approach", while the design, development, implementation and closing phases follow the "agile approach". 3.The whole project is divided into three stages: --At the beginning of the project. 2-4 weeks to determine the overall requirements and outline design, and form the requirements specification. Then, confirm and cross-talk the requirements. --Middle term of the project: carry out the requirements design and development at the current stage. Complete the detailed requirements and design of the next stage. Carry out 2-3 iterations. Each iteration shall be subject to corresponding acceptance and confirmation. This stage accounts for about 60% of the total project duration. --End of the project: final functional test, performance test, confirmation of delivery documents, project closing, data archiving and project summary meeting.

Short-term project (one delivery): 1. The cycle of such projects is generally less than half a year. 2. The requirements are clear and relatively few changes are made. 3. Waterfall development is adopted and the work results are delivered at one time. Project process: --At the beginning of the project, it will take one week to sort out and confirm the requirements. --Then, it takes one week to implement the design (functional design, detailed design). --It takes 4-6 weeks for developers to develop the project. --Function and performance test shall be conducted for 2-4 weeks. --Finally, it takes about 2 weeks to conduct the overall integration test. Complete the confirmation and filing of the final acceptance sheet of the project.
