The R&D Department is responsible for the overall design and management of new projects (including product upgrades), including the processes such as industry demand research, product planning and implementation, project monitoring and supervision, acceptance and testing, function introduction and training, etc. Another major responsibility for the R&D Department is to accumulate and explore software developing techniques, developing technical specification, managing technical data, compiling intellectual property and other related documentation, applying for software quality certification, etc.
Customer: There are two types of customers. One is Enterprise Industry Customer. Another one is Medical Industry Customer.
Enterprise Industry Customer: Customers are from commercial areas.
Medical Industry Customer: Customers are in medical industry.
