The organization is a software development enterprise integrating computer software development, network system engineering, application system research & development, information security services and system operation & maintenance services. It's a pioneering company with independent research and development capabilities. The OU (R&D Department) is responsible for the design, development & testing of various software products, project management & project implementation support. The OU follows a waterfall-hybrid approach with development & testing being done using an iterative model.
Customer: OU handles projects for two types of customers, namely projects for enterprise customers & projects for governmental organizations. Out of the three sample eligible projects, one project is for a governmental organization & the other two are for enterprise customer.
