The OU (Technology Center) is responsible for: 1) Strategy & planning for software development 2) Company's basic framework research & development 3) Resolution of framework & other difficult technical problems 4) Promotion of product/project research & development 5) Management & implementation of engineering projects 6) Project pre-sales, sales & after-sales technical support The OU follows a waterfall-hybrid approach with development & testing being done using an iterative model.
Customer: OU handles projects exclusively for the insurance sector with a total of three customers. Out of the four sample eligible projects, one project each are for PING AN Life Insurance of China & BOCOM MSIG Life Insurance respectively and the other two are for PICC Life Insurance.
