The Software Division is responsible of: A) Software Development 1）Prove the feasibility of new products according to the strategic planning of the company's product line and organize the implementation. 2）Develop R&D specifications, implement and optimize the R&D system.  3）Project management, monitor the execution process of each R&D project. 4) Cooperate with customers for acceptance and delivery. 5) Summarize the reusable results of each project to form an internal database of technology and knowledge. 6）Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons learned in the R&D process to improve the quality of R&D.
