Product R&D Center (OU) is the core department of the company's software business. Its products mainly serve cultural tourism, transportation, digital village and other fields. The main product lines include: comprehensive management platform, tourist service platform, big data analysis platform, Internet of Things equipment management, security early warning monitoring, etc. OU has always been committed to promoting industry digitalization, aiming to provide efficient and convenient digital upgrading and transformation solutions for traditional industries. At present, the main customer groups of OU are: travel destination operation, chain homestays, small exhibition halls, expressway service areas, mass sports and other traditional industries. So far, a total of 15 digital products have been released. Help traditional industries smooth the channels of communication with customers, improve the tourist experience, reduce marketing costs and improve management efficiency. In the future, OU will continue to deepen the capacity building of industry digitalization and provide digital solutions for more traditional industries. At present, there are about 30 people in OU. It mainly includes product managers, software R&D engineers, quality assurance QA, test engineers, operation and maintenance personnel, etc.

State-owned enterprise: Execute the project process in waterfall mode. The life cycle of the whole project is divided into six basic activities, including planning, requirements analysis, software design, program writing, software testing and operation maintenance. From top to bottom, the processes connect with each other. Requirements are very definite from the beginning of project establishment, and iteration is not frequent.

Government: Implement the project process in an agile development mode. The main features are: under the framework of determined objectives and large requirements, a large project is divided into several small projects (iterations), and each small project is iterated rapidly in a short period. So as to quickly complete the process of planning, design, construction, testing and release.
