The R&D department is responsible for project requirement assessment, preliminary project plan, project requirement decomposition, development based on the confirmed content of the project, product function implementation, verification, experimentation, and even product delivery. They execute software development projects following Waterfall Life Cycle. They completed 2 development projects recently and 3 projects are going on.
