OU Description

R&D Department embarks on providing the solutions in the field of telecommunication operation and management. It is responsible for customer requirement eliciting, management and maintenance of user requirement pools. Combined with business needs and product planning, it develops the solutions and completes the software development, self-testing and delivery. Additionally, it improves system bugs and optimizes functions, cooperates with customers to complete the project acceptance. HR Department is responsible for the HR management, including the staff recruitment, staff training, performance evaluation, salary management, staff relationship management and HR planning management.
