Product Research and Development Centre offers computer programming, consultancy and related activities for GIS applications. The project in scope of the appraisal, viz, GIS Capability Open Service Platform, caters to developing computer programs supporting applications and allied services supporting OGC geospatial service standard specification based on layer slice free dynamic publishing technology. GIS Capability Open Service Platform uses massive data parallel rendering technology, two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated display technology, providing map customization, thematic layers, spatial data query, spatial analysis, path analysis and other services, solving the problem of multi-source GIS data acquisition and integration.
Type of Work: Sponsor selected, business critical pilot projects implementing the CMMI V2.0 recommendations including the high maturity practices.
