A. Based on the strategic objectives proposed by the company, define the departmental goals to ensure the realization of the annual plan; B. Responsible for the research, demonstration, development and design of new products and technologies of the company; C. Establish, improve and implement an efficient organizational and management system to ensure the implementation of the R&D plan in accordance with the needs of the department's annual plan; D.
