OU is responsible for customizing and developing various smart city software systems for government clients. Using microservices and Internet of Things technology to develop software products applied to rural environmental governance and government administrative business, the R&D process follows the company's standard software R&D process, the main work includes project planning and supervision in the research and development process, including requirement research and analysis, system architecture and database design, coding and integration, testing, and later operation and maintenance. QA group responsible for process and product quality assurance at the organizational and project levels; CM team is responsible for organization-level and project-level management, access allocation, configuration audit, etc. The EPG is made up of full-time and part-time experts responsible for process improvement and performance analysis in the OU. OT is full-time training personnel responsible for personnel skills-and-ability improvement and training management.
