Software Development Unit 1) Demonstrate the feasibility of new products and organize their implementation according to the strategic planning of the company's product route. 2) Pre-research for the company's future business development, such as product pre-research and technology pre-research. 3) Formulate R&D specifications, implement and optimize the R&D system. 4) Monitor the execution process of each R&D project. 5) Summarize the reusable results of each project to form a database of internal technologies and knowledge. 6) Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons in the R&D process to improve the quality of R&D.
Type of Work: The types of work in this OU are categorized into one typical software development lifecycles. The SDLC is covered for SW development in the organizational scope which is New Application Development Model. The QMS process is only one type under this organization.
