The OU description includes the establishment of an operational Project Management Office (PMO) that provides Project and Program Managers with a complete framework of support that can be used to successfully execute their projects. This is executed through the alignment of project management processes around organizational core values and principles while remaining agile and adaptive to the industries and customers the OU supports.

PMO Services: All efforts including the management and delivery of professional services relating to the Project Management Office.
