Production Research and Development Centre offers computer programming, consultancy and related activities covering the domains of smart city applications, digital governance, social governance, digital business and data services. The project in scope of the appraisal, viz, Digital resource-driven platform, caters to developing computer programs supporting applications and allied services supporting three types of users needs: resource users, resource approving parties, and resource providers. Application developed in this pilot project integrates cloud resources, data resources, network resources, resource permissions and other resources, providing a platform for unified resource supply, application approval and release of the whole life cycle management, standardized process management, resource monitoring, cost reduction and efficiency increase, and data resource management.
