The R&D Center is located in Hefei. It consists of Product Department, R&D Department, Technical Support Department, Big Data Service Department, Industrial Internet Mall Department, Project Operation Department and Quality Management Department. It has a total of 66 FTEs, including 61 FTEs in projects and 5 FTEs in support function groups (EPG, QA, CM). It specializes in developing software for the bidding and procurement industry ecosystem, with products covering mainly the entire bidding and procurement process and enterprise cloud procurement business. Its customers come from various industries including chemical, engineering, construction, medical, and academic institutions. There are two major types of work in the OU: - Software Customization Development (Customization) is to develop and deliver specific product to the specific customer according to the contract. There are 3 projects in this division. - Software Product Development (Product) is to develop and release platform products that align with the organization's development strategy to all customers. There are 2 projects in this division.
Type of Work: There are two categories of projects based on the type of work. 1. Software Customization Development: these projects develop customized software for specific customers to meet their specific needs. 2. Software Product Development: these projects develop platform products according to the planning and requirements from the product department in the organization. Thus, there is a potential difference in how practice areas like RDM, TS, PI, VV, CM and MPM are implemented.
