The Research and Development Center focuses on intelligent cloud services for the development of industry internet, specifically responsible for the company's product strategic roadmap planning, development, achievement verification, implementation and delivery, pre-sales support, after-sales service, and company system operation management.
Customer: There are two categories of projects based on the type of customer. 1. Projects for Internal Customer: These software application development projects are created for the internal customer within the parent company based on the organization's needs. 2. Projects for External Customer: These software application development projects are created for customers external to the parent company based on their specific requirements and timelines. Thus, there is a potential difference in how practice areas like RDM, TS, PI, EST, PLAN, MC and CM, and MPM are implemented.
