The functions of the Intelligent Manufacturing Center include formulating development plans for information technology construction, coordinating and organizing, promoting the information of production automation, management, and services, managing information technology construction work, and implementing segmented management for the three modernisationx work.
Organizational Structure: There are two types of projects that New Development and Incremental Development in the OU and these are taken up as sampling factors.
New Development: Projects which do New Development type of work in the OU, will be classified in this sub group.
Incremental Development: Projects which do Incremental Development type of work in the OU, will be classified in this sub group.
