The OU is responsible for: 1) Demonstrating the feasibility of new products and organising their implementation according to the strategic planning of the company's product lines. 2) Pre-research of the company's future business development, such as product pre-research and technology pre-research. 3) Develop R&D specifications, implement and optimise the R&D system.  4) Monitor the execution process of each R&D project. 5) Summarise the reusable results of each project to form an internal database of technology and knowledge. 6) Analyse and summarise experiences and lessons learnt in the R&D process to improve the quality of R&D.
