■Main responsibilities of the OU: The R&D department is mainly responsible for the research and development of container cloud and aPaaS, as well as the research and development of the company's aPaaS, Xinchuang PaaS product lines and related project lines. It is also responsible for the pre research of new technologies in the cloud native direction, tackling core technical difficulties, project implementation and operation. In terms of R&D management, advanced software engineering methods and technologies are adopted to improve Software quality, efficiency and security; Using DevOps to achieve integrated development, operation, and maintenance. The main development processes are waterfall and iteration. The engineering stage includes requiement research & analysis, design, coding, testing, etc. ■The scope of OU for this appraisal To include R&D Department, and Organizational Support Functions(Quality Assurance Group, HR Training Group). ◇R&D Department (22 people) →Wuhan Development Center ◇EPG(1 Full-time People, 1 Part-time People) →Formulate the QMS processes and templates. →Define, collect and analyze measures data, →Record performance, analyze and identify issues and the related root cause. →Maintain the organizational assets. →Make improvement plans and ensure the implementation of improvement activities. →Calculate, deploy and maintain the organizational measurement and performance objectives. ◇PQA Group(1 Full-time People, 1 Part-time People) →Implement PQA. ◇HR Training Group(2 Full-time People) →Make training plan →Organize training activities →Analyze & ensure training effect. ◇CM Group(1 Full-time People) →Manage configuration of project and organization-level.
