The Technology R&D Center is committed to the management and system development of internet-based insurance operations, providing strong support and services for internet insurance products, integrating insurance industry resources through multiple channels, helping various enterprises quickly conduct insurance services, and providing a comprehensive solution of insurance+services. It provides great convenience for the government and enterprises to carry out convenient internet insurance business. The R&D Center performs the research of product requirements and design analysis, as well as project development and product validation through testing. As part of the responsibilities the department also support and cooperates with operations and maintenance areas. Within the responsibility of the center are all aspects related to compliance with organizational processes; Formulate employee training and incentive programs that meet the objectives of the department; Responsible for the company's human resource and daily administration management related work The QA department is responsible for the quality inspection of the company's products or projects.
Type of Work: There are two different types of developments addressed by the organizational unit, systems as applications implementing the functionality for the specific needs and functionality of a customer and platform, solutions with more general features oriented to a broader market sector and with the purpose to be evolved as a product
Systems: Application development for specific customer functionality
Platforms: Solutions developed for a customer base with more generic functionality with a roadmap to evolve with new functionality as versions of the product are released.
