Type of Work: There are two types of projects in the organization: one is custom development and the other one is custom development +upgrade maintenance
Custom Development: Custom development projects are not dependent on deep requirements elicitation and have very simple requirements. These projects do not require too much chain of command in their simple nature.
Custom Development + Upgrade Maintenance: Custom development +upgrade maintenance projects have complex requirements due to their nature of custom development together with new requirements coming from the upgrade maintenance requirements. Due to their nature, they have different roles and chain of command in these projects.
